  1. Who we are. This website is operated by Xentris LLC, 1007 N Orange St, 4th Floor, Ste 1382, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA (hello@xentris.tech).
  2. What this site is. The site describes our custom services and lets you request a free diagnostic call. Nothing on the site is a binding offer. Scope, price and timelines are set only in a written proposal signed by both parties.
  3. Free diagnostic call. The 20-minute call is free and creates no obligation for either party. We may decline or reschedule a call. Please cancel or reschedule with the link in your confirmation e-mail.
  4. No guaranteed results. Our descriptions, examples and case studies show how we work. They are not a promise of specific savings, revenue, rankings or other results, which depend on each business.
  5. Third-party names. Google Cloud, AWS, Oracle, IBM, WhatsApp and other names are trademarks of their owners. We mention them only to describe the platforms we work with; we do not claim any partnership unless stated.
  6. WhatsApp assistant. Our WhatsApp assistant is an automated AI system. Its answers are general information, not a proposal. Type "human" to reach a person.
  7. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the site or the assistant: no spam, false information, attempts to break security or automated scraping.
  8. Intellectual property. Site content, design and the "Xentris" brand belong to Xentris LLC.
  9. Liability. The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Xentris is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site.
  10. Privacy. See our Privacy Policy.
  11. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data-protection rules of your country.
  12. Changes. We may update these terms; the current version is posted here with its date.
